hi all, my bro is at college here in the uk, he shares a house with a few other students, who all share an internet connection. whenever this 1 guy (mr x) goes on the internet, my bro says that has connection speed is dramatically reduced, i explained that the more people on at the same time, the slower its gonna be. however, if my bro and another person is on (not mr x) the connection speed is slower but still usable. i was wondering if there is some kind of program that he is using to speed up his connection by using more bandwidth than anyonelse, sure ive read about this some where, if so is there a way to combat this?? thanx
