battery recharge

    I don't recharege my qtek for a long time (2-3 months), now I try to recharge but nothing happen.
    Someone knows if there is a method to recharge after a long time.

    Hey there.
    you should be able to jump start the charge.
    If you jimmi up a power cable, connect red to + and black to -. leave connected for 20-30seconds. then put back in phone, and should start charging

    You have to take the phone to the near by shop to flash the phone. Flashing the phone is about to reset the phone. It will delete all the data's in the phone. This is the only solution which will work for your phone.

    You are unable to recharge it again due to low voltage of the battery. The only way is to buy a new battery.
