    help i need the frq for bbc 3 bbc 4 as ive tryed scanning after 7 pm and still nowt as v***in has changed the frq in the past few weeks
    SO PLEASE HELP AS ITS THE ONLY CHANNALS THAT R MISSING NOW THANKS

    If you have the correct firmware on your box it should latch onto the new frequency once you select the channel and give it a chance to update
