Hi Guys, New here, so I'm hoping this question hasn't been asked many time. I couldn't see it in the forum anywhere. I have recently bought an Internal Blu-ray writer for my PC and just burnt my first disc, with the intended use of playing it on my PS3. The resulting disc plays fine on my PC but fails to play on the PS3. It reads the disc, but displays a black screen and goes no where. The disk was created using 2 AVCHD files (a touch over 4GBs each - perhaps the issue? too big?), tsMuxeR to create the image and folders, and then ImgBurn to burn it. I followed all the guides, buring at UDF 2.50 etc. Any help as to why the disc wont play would be much appreciated. Thank you.
What is the brand and the model number of your blu-ray burner? What is the PS3 model that you have (40GB or 80GB)?
I am using an LG BH10 Super Multi Blue burner, and am using one of the original 60GB models. I have bought a BD-RE and am able to burn that as a data disc, with multiple m2ts files on it, and that works fine.
