Beauty & The Beast Special Edition problems

    Hi all. I have the Beauty and The Beast Special Edition 2 DVD Set and am having problems playing the second disc. It plays fine on my PC DVD Drive but not on my Philips DVD580M Player. It starts to play and then all I get is a green screen alternating to fuzz. The first disc plays correctly. I have had the DVD replaced but it still happens on the new disc. Any suggestions? :)

    If it is an original DVD 2 disc set I'd take it back & demand a refund !

    If it is a pirate copy on the other hand it could be numerous things.
