the total movie time im burning to vcd is 80 minture and 43 second...should i burn it to disc anyway? is that gonna affect anything? is the ending gonna be cut off? the disc im burning to is 80 minute/700 mb.

    check the file size.
i know that you can squeeze in in a vcd for almost 800MB, i did that, with some cheap unknown brand cd. and at the end part, things start to skipping. so i'm sticking to perfectly 700MB.

if, youre paranoid, you can clip some of the credits or something.

For MPG1/2, you should be able to burn 805 MB to a 700MB/80 min CD, regardless of the blank. Level I (Data) is maxed at 700 MB but Level II (VCD/SVCD) goes by a different formula.

shiroh is correct in that you have to look at the file size to burn VCD/SVCD and not time length.
