Beginner to DVD burning and need extreme help !

    I'm completely new to all of this. I really need to back up my son's DVD because he scratches them up. I don't know where to begin . I've tried going through some of the topics but they leave me more confused then when I started. I need to know If I need a Decrypter or Encrypter and a DVD Shrink. If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate.
