If programs like Spybot Search and Destroy, or A2 Anti-Malware will not remove the virus, you'll have to look up the information on how the virus works...and manually remove the files and startup entries in the registry. Once you find the registry entries...start the system in safe mode. Remove the entries..restart, then delete the files on the system.
