i usually use convertx but im am bit bored now lol...and wen i used lab pro, the audio kept going out of sync? which avi to dvd is the best? (with menus?) thanks
DVDLab Pro is an authoring program, not an encoder. IMO, to get the best results, you have to do the steps separately. The best encoder that I've used is ProCoder.
yer...im using dvdlab pro 2 now and ive sorted out the problem i was having. i just wondered whether there were other authoring or encoding programs which were good? what is imo? where can i get it? thanks
lol imo is in my opinion, but its whassups opinion. lol im just reading and knew that question. lol everyone has noob moments every once in a while...
lol well yanar! thats a new 1 lol! so do u convert movies to dvd? if so which encoder/authoring program do u use?
for avi to dvd i use apollo divx to dvd creator, this ptogram is a little slower than convertxtodvd but the output dvd is better.you can use the trial version at support@createdvd.net.
SPAM edited by ddp You can add avi from the hard drive or capture from your camcorder Professional DVD menu and animated transition effects
I think winavi video converter is what you are looking for. It has free trial version, you may try that.
I use DVD Flick; it converts the .avi and burns it using ImgBurn. It's pretty fast too: +/- 90 minutes from .avi file to a DVD that I can watch on my home player.... I've used it over 50 times (maybe over 100, who knows) and I've NEVER had a bad disc, NEVER!!! And DVD Flick is so easy, it's almost idiot proof. A how-to guide is available if anyone is interested here: http://beginwithsoftware.com/videoguides/dvd-flick-guide.html This is a very basic guide aimed at beginners. There are more advanced options available once you know what you're doing; but this basic guide is all I've needed to author perfect DVD's from .avi files. You can download DVD Flick from here:http://sourceforge.net/projects/dvdflick/ or from here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/DVD_Flick_d5530.html Check it out!!! You'll like it!! daveb923
