I have a rather large cd collection and I would like to make some backups of those cds I use most often. I am wondering which is the very best media to use. My parents had given me some cd-r which were "free" after rebates. Upon reading in this forum, I get the impression that what I have would best be known as CRAP! So any help in this area would be great! Also, could you point me in the right direction in purchasing the "correct" media? Thanks!

Sony cdr 50pks spindles are on sale at Staples for 9.95. They'll give you a $3 voucher if you have an empty/old ink cartridge.

    seven dollar sonys = win
