I need a program to convert downloaded video files to VCD format. I have an MPEG encoder already, so that isn't necessary, but I need either a free program or one with a fully-functional trial in order to burn them to CD. I don't need a lot of fancy features; custom chapter points is the only feature I'd really want but I can even forego that if necessary. I've tried VCDEasy, but it doesn't permit videos greater than 200 MB in size.

I apologize if this is the wrong forum, but I couldn't spot a VCD-specific category on the main index.

The trick is to use VCDEasy v1.1.5.2
    last free version.

Evidently the makers of VCDEasy are no longer
supplying downloads to the free version. Search on
www.dvdrhelp.com and you may still find a
    link to the dowloand.
