Best program to burn Audio CDs?

    what's the best program to burn audio CDs? I was wondering if there was something small/fast like DVD Decrypter but that's only for DVDs.. I use Nero Burning ROM right now but it's a big program and it's not that fast..

    if you are burning audio CDs from mp3s or toher compressed format, the reason why the process is not fast is because the program has to decode the audio to uncompressed PCM format while simultaneously burning. that is why it takes longer to burn an audio CD than a data CD.

    try using EAC (exact audio copy). It is free and is the best CD ripper there is, period. it also does a fine job of burning CDs as well.
