I have got 10gb of Family Guy on my harddrive, when watching on computer is fine. HOWEVER when i have burned onto disc or dvd to watch on Divx player i get bad lypsync. I use Nero 6 and don't have problems with anything else i burn. Is there a better program to use to burn the avi files. Someone stated that because there are so many Avi files, some maybe in different bitrate, hence why lypsync problems. Any help would be of great value, thanks in advance.

I'm sure if you do an MD5, etc. check you will find that the files on the disc are identical to those on your HDD. Guess it could be media related, but I would say it is the actual files. A hardware player is not a PC and just because something works on a PC, doesn't mean it will work on a hardware player.

    Exactly.
My favorite AVI converter is The Film Machine (TFM) working with Cinema Craft Encoder (CCE).
It's the only combination that actually KEEPS the SAME quality as the input file... Not the cheapest or the fastest (i do 4 passes on my AVI's) but they are the best!
