Best ram for under 65 or 70$ 2gb please

    I heard this is a good deal but I want to know what the best is? I like this because of the 25$ mail in rebate

    What do I want to look for when buying? what is the top kind? difference betweet DDR3 and DDR2, PC3 and PC2? and i see numbers by all them in newegg one goes between 266 - 2000, and another goes from 2100-16000. What do these numbers mean and the DDR and PC?
