Best Tool For MPEG to DVD (with Menus + Chapters)

    Whats the best tool or tools for creating a DVD from mpeg files. I need something that can make the dvd files, the menus, the chapters, and yea....n e toold for that (please not nero vision, because it never worked, winavi didnt work either, and vso didnt work, dvd santa basically takes days, so anything else?)

    To create a DVD from mpeg files, all you need to do is author them, not re-encode. winavi, santa, nerovision, etc., are all re-encoding the video.
    Try DVDLab or Tmpgenc DVD Author (not tmpgenc plus encoder).
