Whats The Best And Easiest Way To Make And Upload Ringtones To your phone. (im new at this )

I been reading some topics around here and i've read that u need a cable to transfer them to ur phone, then theres thsi other way that u can upload them by using programs like xingtone. but i would like some program that allows u to make ur own ringtone and upload it with out no cables to atleast two different phones (different models)
