Hey, i have the first season of prison break on my computer and i want to know how i can fit all 22 episodes on a dual layer disc?

Each episode is around 300-400MB in size and 40 minutes long, so obviously i'll lose some of the quality in the process. I've tried DVD architect but that was incredibly slow with converting one episode letalone 22 of them...

I'm not entirely fussed on menus, just as long as they're all on the disc and play.

    Thanks

22 episodes at 40 min. each will come to about 15 hours of video.
Using bitrate calculator, you will get about 1000kb/s resolution on your video for DVD9.
This is very low. So unless you remove all the commercials(if any)
it will be wry lousy picture.
Unless your file is DivX the resolution is already aroud 1000kb/s, so realy you will get the same quality.
You can try different encoders like TMPGEnc Xpress, but any will take some time to process.
