I'm sorry if there's another thread for this, but I looked, and I didn't see one... What I'm wondering is, what is the best app to convert various formats to XviD? I'm looking for a program where specific resolutions and a/v bitrates are customizeable? User-friendliness and price are not factors to me. Thanks in advance.
It depends on what you plan to convert. For mpegs I use winavi (it's fast and produces decent quality) for DVD's, I use fairuse wizard (it produces excellent quality and perfect audio/sync everytime).
