My Ps3 does not read blu-ray discs anymore, If best buy is unable to repair my ps3 then they replace it for another, the problem is that my ps3 is an original 80gb model, which means it plays ps2 games and has additional memory card slots(for cameras and such) and these models are no longer in production. Now if they did this i would be getting an inferior model, so can i get a refund from the PSP warranty out of bestbuy since it ends up screwing me?
this would really be a question you should be asking best buy...i don't know how many people here are experts on best buys extended warranty plan...
