Xbox repair guide ripped me off. Paid through PayPal and there was an error with their web site that didn't complete my order properly. He emailed me once and was aware of what happened. Sent numerous copies of my Paypal receipt and didn't get item and no responses to second and third email. Couldn't get money back through Paypal because this wild goose chase lasted over 45 days. Just thought I would tell you that a company that I thought was a respectable company turned out to be a scammer.
i would report the site to the Better Business Bureau for sure. Is there nothing that Paypal will do about this? I would keep on that site until i either got my money back or got my LED lights.
i would suggest to keep e-mailing them and in an e-mail threaten that you will call the police or FBI and if they dont cooperate then call the FBI, next time be careful where you buy from
did you use your credit card to fund the order through paypal? if so do a chargeback... this is another reason why PAYPAL sucks they are a giant scam, they do not protect buyers well and they rob merchants. Its always best to use a credit card when buying online, your credit card company protects you for up to 6 months after the original transaction.
