Sent UFC 55 tickets via UPS Overnight to 2 seperate buyers; UPS delayed both packages by missorting them and misplacing them. One of the sets of tickets I mailed reached its buyer the day of the event by some miracle (a day late), and the other package stayed 5 miles away from where I mailed it for more than 4 days, reaching the buyer a number of days after the event took place.
In their quest to provide excellent customer service, UPS has offered to refund me the cost of shipping, if I will go back to where I originally shipped them from. Regarding the now useless tickets in mail limbo, they told me to go spit. They take days to respond to my emailed messages, and calling their customer service to speak to 5 dollar an hour drop-outs is a complete waste of time.

So when you have a package to send overnight and you actually care whether the package arrives overnight, don't forget about FedEx, DHL, and Airborne Express!

I feel your pain, but they all have this problem from time to time.
Humans make mistakes. It's like an airline losing your luggage.

    BTW.............
DHL and Airborne Express are the same company now. DHL bought Airborne, two years ago. I worked for DHL. All DHL drivers were fired when they bought Airborne...............

This shouldn't be here, it should be at the "all other topics" instead.

UPS is very bad on their shipping & delivery. About a month ago, I purchased an "ORECK XL Professional Air Purifier" from ebay, and the seller charged me $20 bucks for 2 - 3 days of bussiness for shipping & delivery via UPS. I placed my order on Wednesday, but I didn't even get my package on Thursday the following week. I was so mad because UPS gave me a "tracking number," but whenever I checked it on my email address, it has nothing. Finally, I called UPS and talked (complained) to them about the delayed. The lady (at the support) had no clue to why it (my package) was delayed - all she did was... "sir it will get there on time and I'm sorry." I told the lady that I've had sent packages before via Federal Express for an overnight delivery for $20 - $25 dollars only.

Anyways, that was my bad experienced with UPS.
