Right I've done the unthinkable, got my new starview and low and behold what broadband did I go and get?? u p c!! I was having problems getting it to work so I was trawling through the posts and saw someone saying "I wonder is anyone stupid enough to use that broadband with the box" guilty as charged!! I suppose I have 2 options get mobile broadband for the box or sell the box and sign up to u p c?? What an expensive mistake, any ideas anyone?
your not really telling us anything on why the box is not working, have you set it up as required? Have you read the SV6 thread to see if there is anything you can take from that to get it to work? Did you flash the box with the firmware? Loads of questions to be answered before anyone can offer any help
I was more concerned bout having the wrong net, someone filled me in on that tho. I have the correct firmware and followed clarb's post, Think I had the tv cable in wrong place in antenna rather than top left. I'm in middle of moving house the box is in new house will check it 2m thanks for your help
