big question if anyone can help

    i recentley bought a sony dru530a dvd burnen and it support all formats - and + and i have been succesfull in making back up dvd copies by using dvd shrink and clone dvd, but i tried to make a back up of the movie Half Backed, and towards the end of the movie it just starts to skp and does not stop, i am using hewert packards + which seem to work pretty good i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to correct it and why it is skipping ?

    Its normally bad, cheap media that does it.

    Try reducing the output size of the file you're burning with DVD Shrink and burning at a lower speed.

    Otherwise buy some good media like Ritek G04's or some good Taiyo Yudens.

    Other than that it could be your dvd player that doesn't like the media or the type of media.

    open up shrink/edit/preferences/change the dropdown box to custom and type in a lower number.
