I just took did a clean install of Windows MCE 05' but the resolution was stuck at the lowest setting and at 16bit. It would not let me change it, so I went to adapter settings and changed the mode to 1024x768. It made things smaller but went down to 8 bit and the colors were screwed up. Then it told me to restart the computer. I did and the Windows start up screen comes on and then just a black screen. I have restarted a couple of times and still nothing. I went into bios and changed the boot order back to the c drive, and I dont know what else to do. Please, any suggestions.
thats because you havent installed your graphics drivers. download and install them and your screen res should work fine
