bin and cue =....

    wat files do bin and cue files becom when burned an image with nero....vcd...or svcd....if scvcd...is their a way to change it?!?!

    In a word..No.

    .Bin is an image from a cd..So whatever it was in the first place is what it will be

    Generally

    If there is an MPEG2 folder = SVCD
    If there is an MPEGAV folder = VCD

    You can rely on that though as you can still use MPEGAV on SVCD but an easy way to tell is, if the movie file itself is MPEG-2 its SVCD if its MPEG-1 its VCD!
