A Bin File is Not a Video File, a Bin File is an CD Image file that can contain Pretty Much any Data, It is simular to an ISO file....

Most Bin files that say they are a Video file are usually either VCD Images or SVCD Images and in either case they do not Need to be Encoded to Put them on to DVD...

Also "BIN" Files themselves are Not supported in Vision Express because they aren"t Video files so i don"t know how you got the File into Nero Vision express.....

You can Put the Movie inside this Bin file on to DVD without re-encodeing it (Re-encodeing will totally ruin the quality especially with Nero"s Crappy assed encoder) but you can"t do it with Vision Express....

What you need to do is Extract the Mpeg-1 VCD or Mpeg-2 SVCD file out of the Bin file and then use a Program called "DVDLab Pro" to author the File to DVD...DVDLab will Have the Movie you extract from the Bin file on a DVD within an Hour with absolutly no Quality Loss....

Use one of these Guides and they will explain how to Put SVCD (The same as with VCD) files on to DVD without re-encodeing...
