bios flash gone rong!

just flashed my bios and when i restarted my XBOX it turned on and off three times then the light keept flashing red and green

 

ok why did you flash your BIOS? and can you boot up and stay booted up

 

i just got the mod chip and i whant a difrent bios and i can boot up with chip off fine but when i turn it on now it does the on off thing and then stays on and flashes red and green

 

Maybe you dont have dashboard on hdd.
