I have Xecuter 3 CE installed.
I had my chip on bank : off-on-off-off everything was ok
When i went to flash, i was suppose to switch to bank : on-on-off-off
    I didn't do it, and i flash a X3 bios.

Now the xbox frags on those banks. I tried to load the back-up but i get a black screen.I tried other banks, but it frags on everyone that are available and no video on all.

Can i get the chip back to it's original?

If the bank is empty then it should FRAG Twice and shut itself off that's normal. But, it seems that you Flashed either a 1.0~1.5 Image on a 1.6a/b XBOX™ or a 1.6a/b Image on a 1.0~1.5 XBOX™ the upshot being no Video.

Unfortunatly I do not own an X3 or any Xecuter Modchip. I do however have much love for there 4981.67 Image though! So I do not know what it'll take to reflash your Chip. Had this been a X-Bit or some other Chip that uses an USBx.x connection to transfer the Data over. I'D tell you to just reformat the Chip and use a different Image that is a closer match to your XBOX™. From the looks of it you may have to remove it and connect it somehow, be that either though the USB or LPT (Printer Port) Connectors on your PC. You may even have to have some kind of Programer Block (this was the case withe 'X2' Modchips. Perhaps they are no longer needed on the X3.

The next time you go to Bootup your XBOX™ try keeping the 'A' Button pressed (again I'm only guessing here), that, that should force you into the On-borad Xecuter3 OS (it should have been on a different Chip) then where you'd write the Images too. Well on the full product atleast! The CE's LE's at-al's could be differnet...
