i just put all of my bitcomet onto a external hd now when i start dl programs on bitcomet the dl speed is either 1 or 0 kps is this because of my transfer of it to a external hd or does it have nothing to do with that...before transfer i was getting around 20 kps for the dl speed
What kind of HD, what type of PC, what type of connection between the 2?? All of the above would help... Razor!!.<!
