black screen of death on v220

    Here is my problem...My screen does not work. I droped it : ( and now it does not work. The screen is not turn off...its turn on and just that its projecting a black color. Now I cant see anything! Yes my phone works but like I said, I cant see the screen. The funny thing is that this did happend befor. My phone fixed itself, over a week of time. One day the screen came back to life...but the thing is. I NEED TO FIX THE SCREEN NOW!!

    You guys following what IM trying to say? How can I fix it?

    haha fixed it! I just slammed my phone on the ground and now it works!!

    wow!! lol I was going to tell u to open it and check the lcd connection to the other board of the phone

    how do you open it ( oh yea, hi)... i have the same problem but, i don't think dropping it will do me any good at this point :D

    open ur battery cover and pull out the thing that cover ur speaker (the one close to the battery) and then unscrew that part and remove it u will see the flex wire just make sure its in place
    thats all I can think about this if its not that then I think the screen is damaged
    u can get a new one from ebay and replace urs

    Thanks for the info...haven't done it yet, but If it works I'll post....lets hope I post :D
