I wanted to know what I would have to do to add a second of dead air, no picture or sound, at the end of a clip. I am using TMPGEnc Xpress 3.0 to change avi to mpeg, then authoring with DVD-lab studio.

I am mostly wanting to know this for blank chapter points at the end of a movie to forward to the end easier. If there is an easier way for this to be done in DVD-lab that I haven't found yet, those suggestions are welcome too. Thanks.

i guess you could use a program like WinDVD creator or Nero Vision Express and then add a completely black image file at the end for as long as you like, then add chapters to it...

    hope this helps...
