Blank screen on P168 Phone

    What is the deal?? I try to download some music from the computer and when I turn the phone back on, nothing but a welcome tone and a blank screen.Has anyone experienced this problem??

    yea i have....it was my sim card...try wiping off the gold part of the sim and see if that helps
