Hey guys. I am using a software package called NO1 DVD Ripper. Its pretty cool in that its does everything in one pass. I usually do the whole 9 yards (ripp,DVD2AVI,TMPGenc) so this was a breath of fresh air. It has worked on a couple of movies I tried till I tried encoding "The Eye" to DivX. The video is fine but the audio cuts in and out every couple of seconds. I think other people have had a similar problem but I couldnt seem to find any of the posts. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Ok enough rambling! I will try it the old fashoined way! Thanks guys!
Actually I found the solution. I unchecked the FORCE 24KHZ setting and it worked. I dont know what that actually does but its OK now. Thanks!
