i have encoded a movie to svcd using ffmpeg, on mac.
every now and then, second frame after cut in movie keeps few tiny blocks from the previous shot.
first frame is clear, only second frame is wrong. bit annoying.
does anyone knows what did i do wrong?
    thnx

hmm, was the input framerte different from the output frame rate? things like this are much easier to fix in windows but windows sucks i guess ;)

i wiped my eyes and looked better - i was wrong. sometimes the first frame after cut is spoiled, sometimes second... no rule. frame rate is the same.
it has to do with temporal compression...
