it has always being out by a hour but two days before the clocks
went back by an hour it seem to fix itself and everything was grand on
the time and the program list .. but then when the clocks went back
it all messed up again ... i know how to change the time on it
but when i do the program list is all over the place. and if i fix the programe list the time is out by an hour ....ahhhh my head is done in by this.. does anybody know how to fix this so both the

Sorry if this is the wrong info but this is how to do it on an ex5000, cant be too different,,,

    Go to time settings
Turn gmt usage on and set the correct time
    save and exit
    go to installation,user installation
    press red to update channels
when the scans finished go straight back in to time settings and turn gmt usage off
    save and exit

press menu, goto time setting, adjust +1, +2, etc until time is correct, then turn gmt off and press green to save and exit

    1. Unplug EV then plug it back in.
    2. Turn on and immediately press menu.
    3. Go to config, then time settings.
    4. Set correct time using GMT setting.
    5. Turn GMT off.
    7. Press blue button to save and exit.

Note if you unplug EV again you will have to do above again, so leave in standby at night
make sure to unplug it first and be quick on to menu button
it does work maybe not the 1st time but keep trying

    this works
You need to set the correct time using the gmt setting not manually changing the numbers!
