    Hey

Thank you for starting a new thread...

    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/bloodhound.exploit.6.html
    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms04-013.mspx

Download the patch for Your Version of Outlook Express, eg if you have OE6 download: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...2E-CAE4-4743-B6AB-EDC1CD625AE0&displaylang=en
    If you have OE6 SP1 - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...BD-1B5F-4B21-8DB6-EDE1C73F97B5&displaylang=en

That should fix your problem, a few extra things to do:

Try running an online virus scan - http://housecall.trendmicro.com

Download, install, update and run the following programs.

    Ad-aware SE Personal - http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10319876.html?tag=lst-0-1
    Spybot - Search and Destroy - http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10289035.html?tag=lst-0-2

Let me know how all this goes.

Another note, make sure that you always keep Windows Updates up to date all the time (Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Windows Updates) and that you keep your Nortons Antivirus Up to date (Open Nortons Antivirus -> LiveUpdate)

I would check for Microsoft Updates say Fortnightly and Nortons Updates at least once a week.

It is also good to Run a Full System Scan every week on your computer.
