Can anybody give me detail instuction on how to rip a blu-ray movie and record it back to a blu-ray disc so i can watch it on a blu-ray player. (I have anydvd hd, and nero 8 ulrta software).

Is there anyway to cut out menu or extras on a blu-ray disc, or shrink it down from a 50 gig disc to a 25 disc. Thanks edeg02
the file you will get (extension file) is a after the ripp, i dont know of any convert or splitter yet...... but you can view them! with PowerDVD 6.5 (you need hdcp graphics card) -tripplite
whats the difference between tsmuxer and tsremuxer i tried both to eliminate the unwanted audio and subtitles both creating bd structure seems like both working just want to know whats the difference between both of them thank in advance
than triple man itried google which way is better to eliminiate from 50gb to 23gb (if possible) tsmuxer or remuxer seems like muxer is abit advanced does muxer works 50gb movie to 25bg movie!!!!! please plese help
Just dreaming hear guys but If the makers of DVD shrink could make a HDDVD shrink, that would be the "app of the year!" and would be the must-purchase app of the decade. Seriously, if there was a way to shink a 50 gig BR to a 25 gig witout the "muxing, tuxing, or refuxing" that would surely help us simple-minded, unskilled, newbies.
i hope someone hopwefully writes the program that includes all these tiny programs with tsmuxer/remuxer/eac3/h264 and join them into one program which works behind the application which we will get bdshrink/hddvd shrink
tripplite, I need a LOT of help with Blu-ray! I recently got a new computer with a BR writer. They included Cyberlink's PowerCinema which must be a watered-down version of PowerDVD. Blu-ray movies playback flawlessly. So I decided to upgrade to AnyDVD HD to backup my BR movies. My understanding is that you must use version 3319a of PowerDVD because newer builds won't work properly. I was afraid to install it because I thought it might corrupt the PowerCinema program. I decided to see if PowerCinema would work but after running AnyDVD HD, what do I do with all the files that are created in order to playback the movie? I believe the two main folders were BDMV and Certificates. I've scoured various forums and read tutorials but it just isn't sinking in. Right now, I'd just like to be able to play them back after saving them to an external hdd and will tackle the burning part later. Can you help?
so far both apps suck if you ask me but im swaying toward tsremux as it seems to work better with multiple programs compared to anything else...although i dont think it supports dual core ok stick with me bro and all shall end out fine ok rip with ANYDVD HD http://www.tweaktown.com/articles/1073/2...uide/index.html now you need to find the .EVO file and play that one, it loads into power dvd just fine....but you need PowerDVD version 3104a, the EVO playback isn't blocked in that one.......i hate to say it but the only place you can really find that version is off a torrent site (i cannot link you to it) but once you have powerDVD 3104a, you just hit the drive icon, choice media file mode and load the EVOup questions? comment? Aren't .evo files created when you rip an HD DVD? I'm talking Blu-ray here and the files inside the Stream folder are all .m2ts.
tsremux works only if the movie is mpeg2 with dd5.1/+ then u can choose the audio and video option it works i tried the mvie war which is over 40gb only movie came upto 19gb which will fit under 23gb disc i tried vc-1/mpeg4(h264) avc some of them had video no audio and some of them have audio no video again i try playing with powerdvd 7.3 ultra(which is piece of crap) but i never try to burn it disc yet to test in standalone player

Let me start off by saying....you guys know what you're talking about....myself on the other hand....do not...please forgive my plain english in trying to understand this.... I've been burning regular dvd's for a while now...someone taught me how to do it and its basically been the same process ever since... Recently i've bought the ps3, so I now have blu-ray, and I'd like to start backing up bluray discs... I have anydvd (which means through updates I have anydvd-HD)??????? In my pc I currently have a standard dvd burner...So do I need to get a new burner with BluRay capabilities.... That's where I need to start understanding how to convert...THanks for any help
before you backup you must have at least a blu ray reader drive or BD-R burner......what is your budget? and what is your mobo (IDE OR SATA) -tripplite
