I've been having this problem for a while and all the other tech forum's havn't helped yet! You guys seem to know what you're about... Basically I get a BSOD, with DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. It usually happens when I leave the computer to download a large file, or sometimes even just connected to the internet. I've looked at the file it says and I am pretty convinced it has something to do with my broadband connection. I don't know how to alter this or even confirm, can anyone help?
Check your modem drivers -- re-install it first.. then if that dont cure the problem; get the latest drivers.
