I have a notebook, Pentium 4 2.4GHz, a Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Notebook Card, a Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 DVD Creator and a Sony Hanycam CCD-TRV78E. The software I am using is Ulead VideoStudio 6 SE DVD.

My problem is that when I run the software mu compter crashes, blue screen of death appears.

I am stuck to find out the reason, any help please.

    Thanks in advance

I have been able to quickly read the blue screen before the computer reboots and its something to do with "Multiple IRP complete requests"

    Any help???

Hello, I'm not very sure of what causes your problem but maybe you might 1st check if your Ulead software running on USB2.0 is the caused. Basically, your Sony should have a firewire IEEE1394 connection for video transferring and I would honestly prefer to use IEEE 1394 than USB2.0 for most video software because it seems to be more compatible too.

Are you sure that the error isn"t something like "Multiple IRQ Complete Requests"??? This error would seem to have to do with some IRQ Conflicts ,You might have Multiple Devices Running off the same IRQ, in which case you would have to assign new IRQ"s to your Devices to resolve the Conflicts.....
