yes you can have videos on the DS using the M3

yeah, the M3 comes with video playback features, and if you want increased quality you can use a homebrew application called Moonshell on the M3.

It is a device that allows you to put homebrew/media files and commercial ROMs onto a media card then play them on a DS.
