I have a DVD Recorder (DVR-105) and i can't find a reasonable solution about the impossibility to overburn a CD/DVD altough the Nero CD Info reports that the option is supported. I used both Nero 5.5.10.82 (last b4 Nero 6) and Nero 6.0.0.9 thru 6.0.0.15. Thx in advance.
You should go File -> Preferences Then Expert Features where you should enable overburn and enter a value like 82-0-0 at the CD lenght below. Note that it works only with Disc-at-once.
First of all, thx again 4 answering. I've already set the overburning option. The question is : why Nero goes in error (with a specific msg i don't remember now but i'll post it tomorrow) as soon as it start the burning process, even answering to enable overburning when it asks 4 it ?. It doesn't matter if i want 2 burn a data cd, a SVCD or a DVD. Thx In advance
What do you mean? do you mean that you enable overburn, then nero later on asks you would u like to create an overburned disc and then gives an error? are you sure your burner supports overburning?
Nero 5.5.10.50 and Nero 6.0.0.15 have no support for overburning. Either download the Issue 5203 patch or goto Nero 6.0019 or revert back to 5.5.10.42
Dela : do you mean that you enable overburn - YES Dela : then Nero later on asks you would u like to create an overburned disc and then gives an error? - YES Dela : are you sure your burner supports overburning ? YES Praetor : Either download the Issue 5203 patch - WHERE ? or goto Nero 6.0019 - SAME ERROR or revert back to 5.5.10.42 - TEST DONE WITH NO CHANGES Overall - I tryied to overburn a CD/DVD with Disk-at-Once/96 and i got no error. Well, i'm trying 2 guess the reason...anyway, thx to all answers...
