I just scanned my PS2 DVD back-ups (which don't work) with DVDINFOPro v2.00 and that popped up. PS: My PS2 (USA Version 2) doesn't seem to be able to read the DVD+R formats (also, I have a mod-chip installed in case anyone's wondering).
Early versions of PS2 cannot play +r media...... I think upto version 4 were unable to play +r, however some of the later version 4 were able to..... Have a look at the playstation 2 forum......you will probably get a more detailed response but I am sure your version 2 will not play the +r media.....
