Booktyping Pioneer DVR-X 122 burner

    Hi, does anyone know how to booktype the drive in question for both +r single layer and dual layer discs to dvd-rom? Is i at all possible and feasible? Thanks

    I'm afraid your burner doesn't have that capability. To check your burner's capability using ImgBurn, go to Tools, Drive, and then Capabilities.

    No Pioneer burner, that I know of, book types without hacked firmware. With the newer (3 years old or so) set top DVD players, book type is not needed to have the set top player the +R discs.
