boot backups by streaming .dol loaders to gamecube

    I have heard that using the PSO exploit u can simplay send the .dol file of say anaconda or gcos,then from there u can run ur backup games.Is this true? I would like to be able to run my backups, but i do not have the cash to invest in a modchip.
