boot screen

    does anyone know where i could find my windows xp pro bootscreen?

    haha, i did know where u could find that but i cant remember

    if you want to change ur boot screen theres a program out there called "Boot XP" have a google for it

    The 'bootscreen' is part of the file called ntoskrnl.exe. Found in C:\Windows\System32. (normally a hidden folder)

    Caution: That file is responsible for booting the system, and launching the startup files (sound/video/system drivers, and login)...if it gets corrupted, you will no longer be able to boot the system either in Normal, or Safe Mode.

    ok thanks i just got this ASUS mobo program that allows u to change the boot screen, but it doesnt tell you where to find it!
