    Hi peoples,

As you know, I live in China, and in China they sell copied games, they do sell fake DS games, however...they're on GBA Cartridges, and when I asked one of the people who owned this little shop at the markets to test the game on their DS, it worked fine...but how is this possible? I need to know if someone knows, cheers.

Chances are they have FlashMe installed on their DS, this allows the DS to boot DS code (such as games) from the GBA port, the same method is used with Slot-2 flash cartridges.

I have got a lot of games down there too when i used to live there, like copied PS2 games that would boot up in japan ps2. and also DS games. You will need something like a passcard, superkey... that goes in the ds slot and it redirect the ds to get the rom info from the gba slot. Or you can flash it with flashme but you will still require the passcard to flash it and its a little risky but once its done, passcard/passkey is no longer require.

kool, na they don't have copied PSP games yet, but it's possible to just boot them from your memory stick. I'm just gonna stick to buying real DS Games though, in China you can bargin them cheap, I got New Super Mario Bros real down to 120RMB (about 15 US)
