Bought a new camcorder and cannot get the videos onto pc digigr8 dv182

    I have tried the manual but that tells me nothing. I cannot get my videos onto the pc and don't know how to. Can anyone help me please. I am desperate!

    If you can't get the video on to the computer, consider getting NeroVision offline and use either a trial or get a serial for it. It should be able to download and/or capture the video. If you didn't know, you must also have the camcorder on when trying to download. L8ter.

    Soory to say, but I would not call this a camcorder...it's merely a toy. Don't expect much support.

    Did you install the driver? If you don't have it you can download it online. Go to driverguide.com and search for dv182 driver. You would need to become a member (it's free)
    If anyone has the instruction manual for dv182 and could make good quality scans of it, please email it to me Lpkidd.09@gmail.com or if you know a place to find it let me know. Thanks.
