i do believe the standard blu-ray disk has 25 gb od disk space, and i have herd that the dual layerd and dual side will have 100gb of space, but to answer your question (how many GB's of memory do the blue ray disks have?) the disk has no memery per say, you could also do a google search and see what you come up with.
