broadband speed

    GUYS I NEED HELP!!!!

    In OZ we get capped and slowed down to ridiculous slow speeds when we get to 10 gig of download each month...we get our speed back but on the 1st day of the month..is there anyway of bypassing this cause its nearly as bad as dial up....web browsing is an effort and u can basically forget about downloading!!!! help pleaseeeeeeeeeee...i doubt there is a way but thought it would be best to ask.....
