"browse" button stays gray

    Hello,

    I have purchased platinum dvd x copy. The current version is 4.0.3.8. This version will not allow me to use the "browse" function (so I can copy movies already on my hard drive to recordable dvds).

    Anyone know how I can get the version that allows access to the "browse" function? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    I assume you got the version that includes the ripper. This will extract the DVD onto your hard drive. This function was something they were going to include in their later versions, but 321 studios got shut down so I don't think you will be able to use it.

    Thanks for the info. Doesn't version 4.0.4.15 take care of that problem? If so, do you know where I can get that update? Thanks.
